The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Firefly Metals Ltd. will distribute to its shareholders 60 million ordinary shares of Bellavista Resources Ltd. (symbol BVR on the Australian Securities Exchange). The distribution ratio of Bellavista shares per Firefly share will depend on the number of issued and outstanding Firefly shares on the record date, but is anticipated to be one Bellavista share for every 12.8 Firefly shares held as of close of business on the record date.

According to the TSX, the record date for the distribution is May 4, 2026 (at the close of business), and the ex distribution date is May 4, 2026 (at the opening). The payable date is May 11, 2026. No fractional Bellavista shares will be issued. Any fractional entitlements will be rounded down to the nearest whole number of Bellavista shares.
