FG ACQUISITION CORP. ANNOUNCES SHAREHOLDER APPROVAL OF ALL RESOLUTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH ITS QUALIFYING ACQUISITION

The resolution to extend the date by which FG Acquisition Corp. has to consummate a qualifying acquisition from Nov. 5, 2024, to April 4, 2025, put to shareholders at the corporation's special meeting of shareholders held virtually on July 26, 2024, was approved.

The extension resolution was approved by the affirmative vote of 93.41 per cent of the votes represented by the holders of the Class A restricted voting shares of the corporation at the meeting.
