The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the waiver and first amending agreement to credit agreement dated June 26, 2025, between the company and an existing lender. Pursuant to the terms of the amending agreement, the company and the lender have agreed to refinance the current outstanding debt, extend the maturity date for an additional 18 months and amend the annual interest rate to 18 per cent. As consideration for the amendment to the terms of the loan, the company has issued to the lender one million common shares of the company at a deemed price of 20 cents per share.
