FLOWER ONE ANNOUNCES OTC MARKETS TRANSITION

Flower One Holdings Inc.'s common stock listed on the OTCQB market will be transitioned to the OTC Expert Market, effective Sept. 16, 2022, upon market open. The transition was a result of the company no longer being considered a foreign private issuer and not being eligible for public quotation under Rule 15c2-11. The company maintains its common share listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange and Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
