FORT TECHNOLOGY INC. ANNOUNCES INTENTION TO PURSUE LISTING OF ITS COMMON SHARES ON NASDAQ CAPITAL MARKET

Fort Technology Inc.'s board of directors has approved a strategic initiative to pursue an uplisting of the company's common shares to the Nasdaq Capital Market.

The company believes that a listing on Nasdaq will provide enhanced visibility, greater liquidity for its shareholders, and access to a broader pool of institutional and retail investors in the United States and internationally.

Management intends to commence the necessary preparations, including engaging advisers, preparing required filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and satisfying Nasdaq's listing requirements. There can be no assurance that the uplisting will be completed or as to the timing of any such uplisting.
