Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Feb. 26, 2024, this is to advise that the exchange has consented to a reduction in the exercise price of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  7,370,844 (1,474,168 on a postconsolidation basis)

Expiry date of warrants:  Feb. 16, 2026

Original exercise price of warrants:  50 cents (on a postconsolidation basis)

New exercise price of warrants:  45 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 17,554,480 shares with 8,777,240 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Feb. 26, 2024. The company completed a share consolidation on a one-new-for-five-old basis on Nov. 12, 2024, which resulted in corresponding adjustments to the original warrant exercise terms.
