FREQUENCY EXCHANGE ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF FRIESEN TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Frequency Exchange Corp. has appointed Dana Friesen to the board of directors.

Mr. Friesen is a seasoned entrepreneur, business strategist and human performance specialist with more than 25 years of public and private company experience spanning finance, strategy, operations and commercialization. As founder and chief executive officer of Summit Sciences, he has contributed to the acquisition, development and successful exit of more than 65 companies, delivering billions of dollars in value to a client base that includes Fortune 500 corporations and major hospital systems. His research-based methodology provides a proven, defensible framework for translating complex science into scalable, commercially viable outcomes.

Mr. Friesen brings extensive board and executive committee experience alongside deep scientific literacy, operational discipline and transaction expertise -- a combination that makes him a highly effective strategic resource for growth-stage public companies. His multidisciplinary background is directly aligned with Frequency Exchange's commercialization strategy as the company develops new market opportunities and builds its presence across the wellness, technology and consumer sectors.
