Mr. Ian Slater reports
BULLFROG GOLD PROVIDES EXPLORATION UPDATE
Bullfrog Gold Corp. has provided results from surface exploration work at South Bullfrog including geological mapping, rock sampling and prospecting as part of continuing preparation for diamond drilling scheduled for Q4 2026. Results from fieldwork enhance drill targeting on the fully permitted Longtail and Shingleback exploration targets, and support continuing permitting and drill advancement efforts at the Bottoms Up, Tadpole (newly identified), Sledge and SE Block targets.
Bullfrog Gold holds a 100-per-cent interest in the 10,050-acre South Bullfrog gold project located in the heart of the Beatty district in the Walker Lane trend in Nevada, surrounded by AngloGold's Bullfrog, North Bullfrog and Arthur development projects.
Highlights
-
Drilling to commence at Longtail and Shingleback in Q4 2026;
-
2026 summer field program enhanced drill targeting throughout South Bullfrog and identified the new Tadpole target and an emerging target northeast of the SE Block;
-
Near-term discovery potential of this covered land position for oxide gold mineralization based on exposed favourable host rocks and widespread hydrothermal alteration;
-
Follow-up exploration work will involve continued geological mapping and geochemical sampling and mapping at the SE Block, Tadpole, Sourdough and Bottoms Up targets.
"Historical and newly acquired surface exploration data demonstrate the exploration potential of South Bullfrog which is centrally located in the heart of the Beatty gold district," comments Ian Slater, chairman and chief executive officer. "Our recent field activities have increased our confidence in all of the high-priority targets including the identification of the new Tadpole target, increasing the size of Bottoms Up and the confirmation of intense steam heated alteration and new geochemistry throughout the SE Block."
Significant advancements from the results of the summer program include the identification of the Tadpole target (pathfinder geochemistry, surface alteration), anomalous pathfinder geochemistry in the northeastern part of the SE Block (emerging target), the expansion the Bottoms up target (surface geochemistry and alteration), and the identification of additional distal fluid flow indicators (gold/arsenic/antimony) at Longtail, Shingleback, Sledge and the emerging SE Block where there is the most intense steam heated alteration at surface at South Bullfrog.
Recent exploration activities at South Bullfrog leverage the limited bedrock exposure to vector toward gold mineralization using proven exploration tools and methods. Exploration focused on lithological, structural and alteration mapping to further constrain the subsurface geology (3-D geometry) and refine the locations of drill hole locations. Rock geochemical sampling was conducted to identify fluid pathways in the distal environment (gold and pathfinder elements including mercury, arsenic and antimony) which can be used to vector toward gold mineralization.
Private placement finders' fees
Further to the press release of Oct. 6, 2026, Bullfrog Gold paid an aggregate cash finder's fee of $293,850 and issued 1,424,250 non-transferable finder warrants, exercisable at a price of 20 cents per common share, expiring Oct. 5, 2028.

About
Bullfrog Gold
Corp.
Bullfrog Gold holds a 100-per-cent interest in the South Bullfrog gold project consisting of 488 BLM (Bureau of Land Management) claims covering 10,050 acres in the heart of the Beatty district. The district was consolidated between 2021 and 2025 by AngloGold through the acquisitions of Corvus Gold ($371-million (U.S.)), Coeur Sterling ($150-million (U.S.)) and Augusta Gold ($197-million (U.S.)). South Bullfrog is centrally located between AngloGold's Bullfrog, North Bullfrog and Arthur development projects, with gold reserves totalling six million ounces probable (164.65 mt (million tonnes) at 1.14 g/t Au) and gold resources (excluding reserves) of 7.6 million ounces measured and indicated (345.24 mt at 0.69 g/t Au) and eight million ounces inferred (320.03 mt at 0.78 g/t Au).
At South Bullfrog two targets are drill permitted (Longtail and Shingleback) with three additional targets currently being permitted. These drill-ready gold targets are supported by historic workings, surface pathfinder rock and soil geochemistry, surface alteration, magnetic, electromagnetic and gravity geophysics, and favourable host rocks.
We seek Safe Harbor.
