CENTURY FIRE PROTECTION ACQUIRES A&A FIRE PROTECTION

FirstService Corp.'s subsidiary, Century Fire Protection, has recently acquired A&A Fire Protection LLC. Jake Gilstrap, president of A&A, will continue to lead day-to-day operations and retain a minority equity interest. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Greenville, S.C., and founded in 1977, A&A is a leading provider of fire sprinkler design, installation, inspection and repair services to a broad range of commercial end markets across South Carolina as well as regions spanning western North Carolina and northern Georgia.
