FIERA CAPITAL CORPORATION COMPLETES REDEMPTION OF $67,250,000 PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF SENIOR SUBORDINATED UNSECURED DEBENTURES

Fiera Capital Corp. has completed today the previously announced redemption of all of the $67.25-million aggregate principal amount of 8.25 per cent senior subordinated unsecured debentures due Dec. 31, 2026.
