FTI FOODTECH INTERNATIONAL RESCHEDULES AGM TO AUGUST 6TH

FTI Foodtech International Inc. unfortunately must reschedule the previously announced annual general meeting (AGM) on June 25, 2026, to Aug. 6, 2026.

"I would like to thank all the shareholders for the understanding these past 10 months has been a very trying time for FTI, where, due to unforeseen issues, we have been held up from operating in the capacity we planned on in the early part of 2026. We are prepared and ready to show our shareholders the projects the company has and are developing in the industry. We look forward to our annual general meeting on Aug. 6, 2026, and coming back stronger than ever, with all the proper measures in place to build a robust company, utilizing its existing assets and team members, currently in place," said Stephen Brown, chief executive officer.
