FTI FOODTECH INTERNATIONAL RESCHEDULES ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

FTI Foodtech International Inc. has rescheduled the previously announced annual general meeting from Aug. 6, 2026, to Sept. 10, 2026.

"I would like to thank all the shareholders for the continued patience and understanding for these past months, which has been a very trying time for FTI, where due to unforeseen issues were still held up from operating in the capacity we planned on in the early part of 2026. We are prepared and ready to show our shareholders the projects the company has and are developing in the industry. We look forward to our annual general meeting on Sept. 10, 2026, and coming back stronger than ever, with all the proper measures in place to build a robust company, utilizing its existing assets and team members currently in place," said Stephen Brown, chief executive officer and director.
