F3 CLARIFIES RECORD DATE FOR UPCOMING MEETING

F3 Uranium Corp. has clarified the record date disclosed in its management information circular dated April 9, 2026, in connection with its coming annual general and special meeting of shareholders.

The record date for the meeting is April 7, 2026. The circular incorrectly disclosed the record date as April 9, 2026.

Only shareholders of record as of the corrected record date will be entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the meeting and any adjournments or postponements thereof.

The company confirms that the location, date and time of the meeting remain unchanged. The meeting will be held at Suite 750, 1620 Dickson Ave., Kelowna, B.C., V1Y 9Y2, on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 1 p.m. Pacific Time. No other changes have been made to the information contained in the circular.
