Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Jan. 4, 2023, the exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  5,018,667 (outstanding)

Original expiry date of warrants:  Dec. 2, 2025, and Dec. 23, 2025

New expiry date of warrants:  Dec. 2, 2027, and Dec. 23, 2027

Exercise price of warrants:  40 cents (NFT (non-flow-through) warrants) and 45 cents (FT (flow-through) warrants) (unchanged)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 800,000 non-flow-through units and 9,237,334 flow-through units with 5,018,667 common share purchase warrants attached, which was announced on Nov. 29, 2022.
