MONTRÉAL, Feb. 5, 2026 /CNW/ - Geekco Technologies Corporation (the "Corporation" or "Geekco") (TSXV: GKO) is pleased to announce that in order to gather more subscribers, it upsizes its previously announced private placement to a new maximum of $1,500,000 (30,000,000 units a price of $0.05 per unit (the "Units" or each a "Unit")) of which, a first tranche has already closed for a gross proceeds of $500,000. Each Unit consists of one (1) Class A share of the share capital of the Corporation (each a "Common Share") and one (1) warrant (each a "Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one (1) additional Common Share at the revised price of $0.05 for a period of three (3) years from the date of issuance.
