GLASS HOUSE BRANDS ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF BOARD MEMBER HECTOR DE LA TORRE

Hector De La Torre has stepped down from the Glass House Brands Inc. board, due to the time requirements of his recent appointment as executive director of the Gateway Cities Council of Governments.
