Goldbank Mining Corp. has proposed to amend the
term of 4.03 million warrants from three years to five years. The warrants currently
have an expiry date of Oct. 3, 2022. The proposed new expiry date is Oct. 3, 2024. In all
other respects the warrant terms will remain unchanged. The amendment to the warrant terms is
subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance for filing.
