The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  4.03 million

Original expiry date of warrants:  Oct. 3, 2022

New expiry date of warrants:  Oct. 3, 2024

Exercise price of warrants:  12 cents (unchanged)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 2.33 million flow-through shares and 1.7 million non-flow-through shares, with 4.03 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Oct. 8, 2019.
