2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At Goldbank Mining Corp.'s 2022 annual general meeting held earlier today, James Boyce, Luis Botto, Kevin Addie, Barry Brown, Raymond Roland and John Brydle were re-elected as directors. Mr. Boyce is president and chief executive officer of Goldbank.

Goldbank Mining is a Canadian exploration company actively exploring for gold in the Klondike goldfields near Dawson City, Yukon, Canada.
