2024 SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING
Goldbank Mining Corporation ("Goldbank")(TSX.V-GLB) is pleased to announce that at the
Company's 2024 annual & special meeting of shareholders held earlier today, Messrs. James
Boyce, Luis Botto, Kevin Addie, John Brydle, Frank Garofalo and Jerry Lozynsky were elected as
directors. Mr. Boyce is continuing as President and Chief Executive Officer of Goldbank.
Shareholders re-appointed Saturna Group Chartered Professional Accountants LLP as the
Company's auditor and re-approved the Company's 10% rolling stock option plan.
Goldbank Mining Corporation is a Canadian exploration company actively exploring for gold at its
Leota Gold Project located in the historic Klondike placer gold fields near Dawson City, Yukon,
Canada. The world class placer goldfields of the Klondike District have reportedly produced more
than 20 million ounces of placer gold. Goldbank is searching for the hard rock source of the
Klondike's placer gold.
