2026 SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

At Goldbank Mining Corp.'s 2026 annual and special meeting of shareholders held earlier today, James Boyce, Luis Botto, Kevin Addie, John Brydle, Frank Garofalo and Jerry Lozynsky were re-elected as directors. Mr. Boyce is continuing as president and chief executive officer of Goldbank. Shareholders reappointed Saturna Group Chartered Professional Accountants LLP as the company's auditor and reapproved the company's 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan.

Goldbank Mining is a Canadian exploration company actively exploring for gold at its Leota gold project, located in the historic Klondike placer goldfields near Dawson City, Yukon, Canada. The world-class placer goldfields of the Klondike district have reportedly produced more than 20 million ounces of placer gold. Goldbank is searching for the hard-rock source of the Klondike's placer gold.
