GOLD MOUNTAIN APPOINTS HUGH BEHROOZY TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Gold Mountain Mining Corp. has appointed Hugh Behroozy to its board of directors, effective immediately.

Mr. Behroozy is an entrepreneur with experience financing and building businesses across a breadth of industries. Mr. Behroozy's background in system integration, 3-D modelling and artificial intelligence will support the company in further understanding the Elk project's orebody and development of predictive modelling. Mr. Behroozy will serve as an independent director and member of the company's audit committee.
