(the “Company” or “GOAT”) (CSE: GOAT) (OTC: BGTTF) (FWB: 26B.F) announces that it has appointed Davidson & Company LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants (“ Davidson ”) as the Company’s auditor, effective May 13, 2026.

As previously announced, WDM Chartered Professional Accountants resigned as auditor of the Company effective April 6, 2026. The Company subsequently appointed Horizon Assurance LLP (“ Horizon ”) as successor auditor effective April 10, 2026. Horizon resigned as auditor of the Company effective April 19, 2026.

The Company has now appointed Davidson as its auditor to fill the vacancy.

The appointment of Davidson as auditor has been approved by the Company’s audit committee and board of directors.

In accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws, the Company will file a Notice of Change of Auditor, together with the required letters, under its profile on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca .
