Good Gamer Appoints New Director
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA - (May 14, 2026) - Good Gamer Entertainment Inc. (TSXV: GOOD, OTC: GGAMF) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mehrdad (Marc) Momeni to the Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Mr. Momeni is a capital markets and fintech professional with over 10 years of experience across financial services and banking. His core competency is building and managing teams and large-scale programs, having scaled multiple fintech ventures from start-up to 8 figures. With a focus on emerging and high-growth sectors, Mr. Momeni has served as consultant and officer to numerous public and private companies in capital markets, fintech, and adjacent technology verticals. Throughout his tenure in the capital markets, he has been responsible for raising over $50 million. He maintains deep relationships with capital markets executives, institutional investors, and fintech operators around the world.
Mr. Faizaan Lalani has resigned from the Board of Directors. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Lalani for his contributions to the Company and wishes him all the best in future endeavours.
