GOOD GAMER ANNOUNCES CORPORATE UPDATE

Good Gamer Entertainment Inc. has appointed Mehrdad (Marc) Momeni as interim chief financial officer and corporate secretary of the company, effective immediately. Mr. Momeni has served as a director of the company since May, 2026, and will continue in that role.

Mr. Momeni succeeds Charlo Barbosa, who has served as interim chief financial officer of the company. Mr. Barbosa will continue to serve as chairman of the board and chief executive officer of the company.

Kelly Pladson has resigned as corporate secretary. The company wishes to thank Ms. Pladson for her contributions to the company and wishes her all the best in future endeavours.
