NEWS RELEASE September 14,2026

UPDATE OF'TERMS OF REPAYABLE LOANS

Can-Gow Capital Inc. (the "Company") (TSX Venture: GOWC.P) received loans from a shareholder of $20,000 in 2022 and $30,000 in 2023 (the $50,000 total being hereafter called the "Principal"). No

repayment terms were settled with the shareholder at the time the loans were made. The Company has now entered into an agreement with the shareholder dated August3l,2026 providing that:

(a) The Principal, and such of it as remains unpaid from time to time will bear simple interest

at arate of 7 .IYo per annum, calculated from January 1,2024;

(b) Neither the Principal or the accrued interest will be payable until after January 31,2028 or 30 days after the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") accepts for filing a

Qualifuing Transaction by the Company - whichever last occurs.

On various dates in 2024,2025 and2026 four of the Company's Directors loaned monies to the

Company - or paid Company expenses - totaling $151, 002.27 (the said total being hereinafter called

the "Principal"). When the monies were loaned or advanced there was no agreement as to terms. The Directors and the Company have signed an Agreement dated August 3I,2026 which provides:

(a) The various amounts of the Principal will bear simple interest of 4.0% per annum

calculated from January 1,2027;

(b) Neither the Principal or the accrued interest will be payable until after January 31,2028 or 30 days after the Exchange accepts for filing a Qualifuing Transaction by the

Company - whichever last occurs.

None of the above noted debts are secured against any of the Company's present or future assets. No shares or other securities of the Company will be issued to the lenders.

The Exchange earlier suspended trading of the Company's shares. The Company has initiated an Application to the Exchange to have trading the Company's shares reinstated and is working to satisfy the Exchange' s requirements.
