The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Tantalus Systems Holding Inc. will list an additional 4,299,275 common shares at the open on Feb. 9, 2026. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $5.35 per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Feb. 4, 2026, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated June 16, 2025.
