CO2 GRO INC. ANNOUNCES CEO AND DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

John Archibald has resigned as president, chief executive officer and director of CO2 Gro Inc. The board wishes to thank Mr. Archibald for his service and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.

The board of directors will be undertaking a search for a new chief executive officer and will provide updates if and when necessary in accordance with applicable securities laws.

As announced in its press release dated April 26, 2024, the company has struck a committee comprising Rose Marie Gage, Gordon Surgeoner and Michael Boyd, three independent members of its board of directors, to oversee all discussions arising with interested parties on future strategic initiatives of the company, including possible partnerships or sale of assets.
