The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation the agreement of purchase and sale dated May 31, 2026, among the issuer and arm's-length parties. Pursuant to the terms of agreement, the issuer has sold to the purchaser the right, title and interest of the Wilson Creek project in consideration for $98-million in cash, with up to $7-million in contingent consideration to be paid in quarterly instalments starting Q3 (third quarter) 2026, based on certain performance metrics.
