Hanstone Gold Corp., a TSX Venture Exchange listing with gold projects in B.C., is facing three related lawsuits in the Supreme Court of British Columbia stemming from unpaid bills. The lawsuits claim that the company owes money for the rental on an excavator left in a remote area, plus amounts for office rental and a consulting fee. The suits seek court-ordered payment of the debts, which total $235,114.

The allegations are contained in three notices of claim filed at the Vancouver courthouse on Wednesday, June 25. The cases were filed by North Shore Aggregates Ltd., Holmes Hosting Services Inc. and Abbotsford resident Deborah Holmes. All three plaintiffs share the same address, a home in the Abbotsford area.

Most of the debt arises from one of the lawsuits, which seeks damages related to an excavator rental agreement. According to the suit, Hanstone agreed on July 1, 2021, that it would pay $11,000 per month to use an excavator for the months of May through October. It would also pay an annual $44,000 standby fee that would cover the remaining months of the year.

Hanstone's latest financials show $47,500 in current assets and $1,207,916 in current labilities. It recently got a loan of $800,000 from Gurbakhshish (Bob) Hans, a director of Hanstone, but whether that'll be available to pay this debt is unknown as the lender previously loaned an aggregate of $1,225,000 to Hanstone in 2023 and 2024. Best of luck, Ms. Holmes,

The only person that rents an excavator to fly in by the worlds most expensive helicopter for as much per year as they could buy one for......is someone who never intended to pay in the first place.
