The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to an extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Number of warrants:  5,582,641

Original expiry date of warrants:  March 23, 2027

New exercise date of warrants:  March 23, 2028

Original exercise price of warrants:  22 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 11,165,282 units with 5,582,641 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange on Nov. 6, 2025.
