Mr. Gary Musil reports

MARK LUCHINSKI RESIGNS AS DIRECTOR/CFO

Mark Luchinski has resigned as a director and chief financial officer of Highbank Resources Ltd., effective April 2, 2025.

The company would like to thank Mr. Luchinski for his services since June, 2022, and wishes him luck in his future endeavours.

Gary Musil will assume the position as interim CFO until further notice.
