MARK LUCHINSKI RESIGNS AS DIRECTOR/CFO
VANCOUVER, B.C. April 2, 2025 Highbank Resources Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX.V "HBK")
Mark Luchinski has resigned as a Director/Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective April 2, 2025.
The Company would like to thank Mark for his services since June 2022 and wish him luck in his future endeavors.
Gary Musil will assume the position as Interim CFO until further notice.
