The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a share purchase agreement dated June 12, 2026, between High Tide Inc. and J. Supply Holdings Inc., operating as Northern Helm, an arm's-length party. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the company has acquired 100 per cent of the equity interest of Northern Helm, resulting in High Tide's acquisition of four retail cannabis stores operating in Northern Helm in Ontario for $7.77-million.

The company assumed $3.06-million in debt with an interest rate of 2 per cent, paid $1.88-million in cash and issued 921,486 common shares at a deemed price of $3.067 per share as consideration for the transaction.
