HARVEST ANNOUNCES 'INCOME LEADERS' ETF NAME CHANGES

Harvest Portfolios Group Inc. has made name changes for each of the Harvest ETFs (exchange-traded funds) set forth in the table below, effective at the opening of trading today, April 22, 2026.

The ETFs will continue to trade at the Toronto Stock exchange under their existing ticker symbols. An application has been submitted to the TSX for the listed units of the ETFs to trade under the new names.

"The Income Leaders suite groups these compelling high-yield-generating ETFs under one banner, providing investors with a clear, reliable path to core and consistent high monthly income," said Paul MacDonald, president and co-chief investment officer, Harvest ETFs. "These name updates more clearly reflect the underlying strategies and income focus of our ETFs, making it easier for investors to understand how each product fits within their portfolio."

There are no changes to the investment objectives of the ETFs. Unitholders are not required to take any action as a result of these changes.
