GLOBAL CARE CAPITAL ANNOUNCES CONSOLIDATION OF SHARES AND CHANGE OF NAME

Global Care Capital Inc. intends to consolidate the common shares in the capital of the company on the basis of one postconsolidation share for every 20 preconsolidation shares. The company intends to change its name to Polaris Northstar Capital Corp. concurrent with the consolidation of shares to match with the company's investment policy and portfolio.

The change of name reflects the company's updated investment direction, which is aimed at providing exposure to a wide range of emerging industries that align with the policy.
