HAWKMOON ISSUES INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS

The Hawkmoon Resources Corp. board of directors, in compliance with the company's stock option plan, has granted five million incentive stock options exercisable for up to five years at a price of five cents a unit to directors, officers and consultants of the company.
