HUNTSMAN SELLS BAXTER SPRING PROPERTY

Huntsman Exploration Inc. has sold its 100-per-cent interest in the Baxter Spring property, Nevada, to an arm's-length purchaser for total consideration of $200,000. The property remains subject to a 2-per-cent net smelter returns royalty held by Pilot Gold (USA) Inc.

The company also announces that Neil McCallum has resigned as director of the company. The company thanks Mr. McCallum for his hard work and dedication over the years, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
