(TSXV: HMAN; US: BBBMF) (the "Company" or "Huntsman") announces that it has sold its 100% interest in the Baxter Spring property, Nevada, to an arm's length purchaser for total consideration of C$200,000. The property remains subject to a 2% net smelter returns royalty held by Pilot Gold (USA) Inc. The Company also announces that Neil McCallum has resigned as director of the Company.
