The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of three mineral claims totalling 10,025 hectares within the south-central part of the Rottenstone domain of Saskatchewan, approximately 80 kilometres (km) due north of La Ronge in Saskatchewan, known as the Lux Lake property. This acquisition was executed through an asset purchase agreement to acquire the property from the vendor. The company will pay the vendor $40,000 cash upon the exchange acceptance of the transaction, and an additional $40,000 due on or before Feb. 25, 2026, and issue to the vendor 3.5 million common share purchase warrants, whereby 1.75 million warrants due upon acceptance from the exchange and 1.75 million warrants due on Feb. 25, 2026. Each warrant will be exercisable into one common share of the company at a price of seven cents per share for five years from the date of issue.

The company will grant the vendor a 2-per-cent gross overriding royalty on the property.
