HUNTSMAN EXPLORATION CLOSES $475,200 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Huntsman Exploration Inc. has closed a non-brokered private placement of 7.92 million units of the company at a price of six cents per unit for total gross proceeds of $475,200. Each unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant, each warrant exercisable into one additional common share at a price of 10 cents per share until May 7, 2027.

The gross proceeds from the issuance of the units will be used for general working capital. No finders' fees are payable with respect to the placement. All securities issued under the placement will be subject to applicable regulatory holds expiring Sept. 8, 2025.
