(**) Adjusted EBITDA is a non-IFRS earnings measure, therefore it does not have any standardized meaning prescribed by International Financial Reporting
Standards and may not be similar to measures presented by other companies. Adjusted EBITDA represents earnings before interest, income taxes, depreciation
and amortization adjusted for the impact of transactional foreign exchange. Management uses this measurement to evaluate the operating results of the
Company. This measure is also important to management since it is used by the Company's lenders to evaluate the ongoing cash generating capability of the
Company and therefore the amounts those lenders are w illing to lend to the Company. Investors find Adjusted EBITDA to be useful information because it
provides a measure of the Company's operating performance.
GUELPH, ONTARIO November 3, 2026
Hammond Manufacturing Company Limited ("Hammond Manufacturing" or the "Company") (TSX:HMM.A)
delivered record revenue and earnings in the third quarter of 2026, reflecting continued strength across North
American markets, a reduction in US tariff-related costs compared to 2025, and a one-time refund of US IEEPA
tariffs. While the evolving US trade environment presents challenges, the Company believes its proactive
strategy to protect and strengthen US business has enhanced its competitive position and provides confidence
in its ability to respond effectively to changing market conditions.
With a strong commitment to customer service and a proactive approach, the Company is growing its
manufacturing base with an 85,000 square foot facility expansion (announced March 13, 2026) in Palmerston,
Ontario. This expansion is expected to be operational in H2 2027. In addition, the Company's Board of Directors
have approved an additional $87 million capital investment plan to build an approximately 160,000 square foot
industrial electrical enclosure manufacturing facility in Fergus, Ontario and modernize its facility in Guelph,
Ontario. The new Fergus facility is expected to be operational in H2 2028, and the Guelph facility is expected
to complete upgrades by H2 2029. Together with the previously announced expansion in Palmerston, Ontario,
the Company anticipates that these capital investments will create at least $200 million per year of incremental
revenue generating capacity once fully utilized.
Hammond Manufacturing supplies good products with superior service and competitive prices to global
customers. The Company continues to build long term security and growth for all our stakeholders and once
again want to express appreciation for everyone's involvement in our success.
