HOMERUN RESOURCES INC. AGM AND STOCK OPTIONS
All matters submitted to shareholders for approval at Homerun Resources Inc.'s annual general meeting held on April 29, 2026, in Vancouver, B.C., were approved unanimously.
At the meeting, shareholders approved all resolutions put forward by management, including:
- The election of all director nominees;
- The reappointment of the company's auditor for the ensuing year and authorization of the directors to fix the auditor's remuneration;
- Amendments to the company's 20-per-cent set stock option plan, increasing the number of common shares reserved for issuance under the plan to 15,211,324 options.
The company has granted 4.25 million stock options to directors, officers and consultants of the company. In addition, 1.65 million options have been terminated or placed on expiry notice. The new options have an exercise price of $1 per share, expire five years from the date of the grant and are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
