• Revenue generated by validator rewards for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2025, of approximately $5.4-million, up from nil for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2024;
• Revenue generated by staking rewards for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2025, of approximately $4.8-million, up from $300,000 for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2024;
• Adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) of approximately $4.2-million for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2025, down from $9.5-million for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2024.
