The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  10.6 million

Original expiry date of warrants:  Aug. 26, 2027

New expiry date of warrants:  Aug. 26, 2028

Exercise price of warrants:  10 cents (unchanged)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 21.2 million common shares with 10.6 million common share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Aug. 28, 2024.
