The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  20,678,176

Original expiry date of warrants:  Of the 20,678,176 warrants, 11,722,500 warrants would have expired on March 27, 2028, 3,853,600 warrants would have expired on April 10, 2028, and 5,102,076 warrants would have expired on May 2, 2028.

New expiry date of warrants:  Of the 20,678,176 warrants, 11,722,500 warrants will expire on March 27, 2029, 3,853,600 warrants will expire on April 10, 2029, and 5,102,076 warrants will expire on May 2, 2029.

Exercise price of warrants:  10 cents (unchanged)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 31,152,200 common shares with 15,576,100 common share purchase warrants attached and pursuant to a private placement of 10,204,153 common shares with 5,102,076 common share purchase warrants attached, which were accepted for filing by the exchange effective May 8, 2025.
