The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  30,581,462

Original expiry date of warrants:  Of the 30,581,462 warrants, 12,431,462 warrants would have expired on July 14, 2026, 7.4 million warrants would have expired on July 19, 2026, 7.3 million warrants would have expired on July 31, 2026, and 3.45 million warrants would have expired on Aug. 18, 2026.

New expiry date of warrants:  Of the 30,581,462 warrants, 12,431,462 warrants will expire on July 14, 2027, 7.4 million warrants will expire on July 19, 2027, 7.3 million warrants will expire on July 31, 2027, and 3.45 million warrants will expire on Aug. 18, 2027.

Exercise price of warrants:  10 cents (unchanged)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 61,162,925 common shares with 30,581,462 common share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Aug. 31, 2023.
