HPQ SILICON ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Forvis Mazars S.E.N.C.R.L. has resigned as HPQ Silicon Inc.'s independent auditor, on its own initiative, effective Oct. 9, 2026.

The company's board of directors and audit committee have accepted the resignation. HPQ is actively seeking a successor auditor and will issue a further news release once an appointment has been made.

There were no reportable events, as defined in National Instrument 51-102, Continuous Disclosure Obligations, in connection with the change of auditor.
