HAPPY CREEK ANNOUNCES INTENDED NAME CHANGE TO FOX TUNGSTEN LTD.

Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. intends to change its name from Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. to Fox Tungsten Ltd., subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The effective date of the name change and the new trading symbol will be announced once approval has been received.
