BIGHORN METALS APPOINTS RENO J. CALABRIGO AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND KOSTA TSOUTSIS AS A DIRECTOR

Bighorn Metals Corp. has appointed Reno J. Calabrigo, a current director of the company, as chief executive officer, and Kosta Tsoutsis as a director, effective Aug. 27, 2026. These appointments follow Mr. Tsoutsis's resignation as CEO.

With Mr. Calabrigo leading the executive team, the company is well positioned to pursue its strategic objectives and long-term vision. Mr. Calabrigo will continue to serve as a director.
